Well, this blog is being started before we are even published, so just in case you wanted to hear about our winter, here it is. Roger and I went to the Ranger Factory for a tour of the new boats and so I could see what Ranger is all about. Up until this trip all I knew was that the boats we run are incredibly user friendly, and that's important when your on the water a lot, after all, if you have a lot of white deck, it better be easy to clean! The factory was impressive and I was amazed at how little mechanized labor was involved, they have crews of a dozen or so people just to roll out each nook and cranny of glass BY HAND!No wonder the boats are so solid!! There is so much to tell, but in summary- don't go to Flippen Arkansas, you might end up buying two or three boats!!!!! Probably one of the best parts of this trip included meeting a few of the other professionals in this trade, some boys from the south- a great connection as these guys offer some of the coolest fishing to be had in the south! Anyone want to catch some REDS!!?? (and I don't mean sockeye).Check out Venice Fishing Lodge down in LA for the real deal redfishing out of some of Ranger's Bay boats, oh, and don't worry, the fishing is hot because noone is doing it because they think those behemouths are covered
