With all the tribs maxing out on flows right now and a healthy cover of ice on the bay, we're kind of just in a fishing holding pattern right now. The general fishing opener is next Saturday and it will be interesting to see what happens in the next week in terms of ice out.
The Brule is still hanging around over 600 cfs, which is very high. Keep an eye on the river gauge, because once it starts to come back into a fishable range, it will be game on.
