Steelhead fishing is open on our Lake Superior tribs right now and some of them are already fishing pretty good. The Brule is in great shape right now and with this new shot of snow, we'll have another good push of water in the South Shore tribs. With the forecast calling for a few warm days early next week, fishing could be really good. Depending on where the ice is located, a few dudes are getting out in smaller boats trolling. We've had a stubborn onshore flow from the ENE that's kept the ice in a lot of days, but when boats are getting out, fishing has been good. People are calling about Smelt already, and it's a little too early for that.

The shop just got in some new killer Bombers and Husky Jerks in brand new color combinations. We've already had some great success on a few of the new colors that Bomber has released and they should fish good all year for trout and salmon and the walleye guys are really excited about them.
We've got a couple June dates here and there for Smallmouth fishing, but not too many left. We're also already booking for Fall dates for both Smallmouth trips and inshore Brown Trout trips.
